Bad explanation. Where is the Setup Mode? How to copy content to Help Center? The most important SLIDE is incomplete, poorly explained. Waiting for a decent document and translation into Portuguese. Or you only have customers with native English language?
Very bad explanation on how to check if your are using feedback tap or now. Not working when I try to add the view on zendesk so stock here and have to contact support. Waste of my time :o(

Never mind I found it.
We currently use the feedback tab as an embedded contact form on our website. Will there be another option for an actual form or is the widget the only option at this point?

1. Click on the "Zendesk Products" icon in the top right of the Dashboard. (Where tickets are taken care of).
2. Click on the yellow? icon labelled "Help Center" (Or from the list under your profile).
3. If you haven't setup the new help center, click on the "Enable" button on this page.
4. First time you after you click the Enable button the next page will show the alert for "Setup Mode".
This means that the new Help center is turned on but hasn't been "activated" in the General settings. That means that it is in... "Setup Mode". No buttons labelled with that mode.
Once you have added content and got everything setup, then go to the general settings and make it public. Meaning its out of Setup Mode.
Where do I find the option: Manage Brands?
You can find this in the Admin panel (the gear icon in the lower left hand corner of your agent interface).

Does anyone else see the black screen and no links showing anywhere on the screen in the Q&A part of the video?
